Outer Space Drawings by Sixth Grade

Sixth Grade students studied stars as part of their science curriculum. In
art class they viewed photographs from the Hubble Telescope. They used the photographs as inspiration for these outer space drawings created using chalk pastel and acrylic paint. In their drawings, students have depicted galaxies, nebulae, constellations and super novas. Some students have chosen to include planets in their pictures.
